In my 20s, I had the privilege of working with Thelma Wells & Associates, where I developed impactful corporate training programs for major organizations like Texas Instruments, Bank of Texas, Comerica Bank, the City of Dallas, the Federal Government, and many universities, non-profits, and religious groups. Our focus was on empowering employees through customer service and professional development, helping them build confidence and teamwork. We also created a professional speakers' organization to offer training across diverse fields, from retail to health and fitness. Our motto, "You can 'bee' the best," drove our mission to inspire greatness. Today, I continue this legacy through online courses and virtual training adding to the motto a mantra: "I will not be defeated!"

Hosting & Speaking

In my 30s, I began hosting a variety of events, ranging from intimate groups of 10 to large gatherings of 500. This hands-on experience became invaluable training, teaching me how to tailor my speaking style and topics to fit the needs of diverse audiences. Partnering with other companies and non-profits, I also hired speakers, gaining first-hand insight into what keeps a crowd engaged. Over the years, I’ve developed more than 20 training programs, including motivational, instructional, and team-building courses, all focused on empowering individuals and strengthening group dynamics to foster better collaboration and success.
